Longboard Construction Inc. was formed by two partners, Lance Nielsen and Bryce Dillabough. Both partners worked for the same general contracting company for a number of years, successfully completing project after project as a team. The partners had a vision of better project delivery and customer service that was not prevalent under the existing employers umbrella and thus decided to start their own General Contracting Company in 2006. Since its inception, Longboard Construction Inc. has seen controlled growth and an increasing diversity in loyal clientele all while maintaining the original vision of better service and concise project delivery.
Longboard Construction Inc. has provided professional commercial general contracting services in the following areas: design build, new builds, interior renovation, exterior renovation, tenant improvements, building maintenance, laboratory construction with sensitive equipment, and building upgrades. The various sectors projects have been completed in are as follows: office space, retail, warehouse, grocery, and semi-industrial. Longboard Construction Inc. can offer services through a design-build arrangement as well as the conventional build approach, depending on the requirements of the particular project.
